Birmingham Weddings & Celebrations along with The Westin Birmingham will host “A Bridal Affair” July 21, 2013, at the new Westin Birmingham. This will be a wedding event like no other in Birmingham. Brides will receive invitations to enjoy this exclusive event and bring attendees together with the premier wedding service professionals in Birmingham in a unique setting. Multiple event spaces, both inside and outside the hotel will provide each vendor the perfect backdrop to showcase their business and engage attendees.

A beautiful, sophisticated setting, wedding fashions, elegant food tasting and champagne, the latest in wedding trends and fabulous prizes will make “A Bridal Affair” the wedding event to attend this summer.

Birmingham Weddings and Celebrations “A Bridal Affair” will be an upscale event for upscale brides.

Brides are invited to attend the event through registered lists of newly engaged couples from The Birmingham News, local registries and invitation through Birmingham magazine and Birmingham Weddings and Celebrations.

As a participant you will be able to:
• Promote your business and showcase your product or service in an elegant setting
• Interact with potential clients and brides
• Have your business listed in the show program
• Receive a listing on the Birmingham Weddings & Celebrations section of our website

“A Bridal Affair” will offer unique vendor areas to allow custom displays that fit each business’s service or product. The following areas are available for vendor displays on a first come, first serve basis. Booth size will be 10 x 10.

• Main ballroom and Grand Foyer
Featuring: Spacious marketing area, elegant food tasting, champagne, bridal fashions and music. Space for 14 vendors

• Camellia Room
Featuring rehearsal dinner theme, marketing area, champagne and music.
Space for 4 vendors.

• Fern (upstairs)
Featuring bridal shower theme, marketing area, sweets, gift ideas.
Space for 3 vendors

• Outdoor (poolside)
Featuring beautiful tented marketing area, travel/honeymoon ideas, tent/event vendors and cocktails. Space for 6 vendors
